On the evening of November 7, a 48-year-old man was struck by a vehicle on Franklin Avenue while walking northbound outside of a marked crosswalk just east of Van Ness Avenue. The suspect’s vehicle, described only as traveling westbound on Franklin Avenue, fatally injured the victim before fleeing the scene without stopping to render aid.
