62-Year-Old Southeast DC Man Charged with Second Degree Murder in Atlantic Street Shooting

The Metropolitan Police Department has made an arrest in the shooting death of a woman in the 700 block of Atlantic Street, Southeast. The incident, which claimed the life of 24-year-old Olivia Graves, unfolded on the afternoon of Thursday, November 7, according to
