VIROQUA, Wis. (DDN) – In the event that they were unable to maintain control of their vehicle as it rolled and flipped over onto its side, a Wisconsin driver who was 66 years old escaped through a window on the passenger side.
After receiving a report of a crash involving a single car that took place on Tuesday about two in the morning on United States Highway 15 in Viroqua, the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office stated that the authorities got the information.
Viroqua resident Russell Harless, who was 66 years old at the time, was driving a Ford Ranger from 2005 when he lost control of vehicles. After then, the pickup truck turned over and came to a halt on its left side along the shoulder of the road, close to the median at the intersection of the southbound lanes.

During the time when Harless was exiting the vehicle through one of the windows on the passenger side, emergency operations personnel arrived at the scene. At the time of the initial call, there were no reports of injuries being sustained.
Approximately one hour was spent with the freeway being partially closed. The collision is still being looked at by authorities.
