This autumn, California offers various fantastic pumpkin patches to visit; however, only one of them doubles as a dinosaur-themed amusement park with rides and games for children of all ages.
In addition to the traditional fall activities that make people’s lists, including corn mazes and hay rides, Spina Farms Pumpkin Patch in Morgan Hill, California offers some more unusual attractions.
Like their pumpkin blasters, cow train, and most impressively, giant animatronic dinosaurs you’ll see in the fields with pumpkins impaled on their horns and locked in their jaws.
There’s a lot to see, and luckily the pumpkin patch offers a couple of rides that let visitors experience the farm in luxury.

Ways to have fun at the pumpkin patch
Every year, Spina Farms expands and upgrades its annual pumpkin patch, adding additional attractions, a larger assortment of pumpkins, and a larger collection of dinosaurs, which includes the 30-foot-tall Gourdzilla.
Once you’ve navigated the corn maze (don’t worry, you can contact the farm to seek help), you may take a bright orange train trip or ride a hay ride to explore the entire pumpkin patch.
You can also fire little pumpkins at targets using specially made pumpkin cannons. You can sample all the attractions, including the corn maze and rides, for $8 apiece, or you can get a $40 park pass to try them all.
During the fall, Spina Farms is open seven days a week from September 27 to November 2. While ride entrance is fee-based, pumpkin patch admission is free.
You won’t have to pay anything if all you want to do is take in the breathtaking autumnal vistas of California and admire the dinosaurs and pumpkins; but, parking will be charged if you visit on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
