The culprits, a man and a woman, were caught by the watchful eye of surveillance cameras during a heist at a local business establishment. The incident unfolded on a lazy Sunday afternoon, September 29, 2024, at about 6:16 p.m., ensconced within the commercial havens of the Waikoloa Highlands shopping center.
