This NOFA announcement offers the added potential to secure Project-Based Vouchers through two key programs: the Housing Choice Voucher program and the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing program. Developers with a qualified track record are invited to submit proposals that adhere to the requisite standards delineated in the solicitation documents.
