The Arizona Supreme Court has officially appointed a new Presiding Disciplinary Judge, the Hon. Lisa A. VandenBerg, whose tenure will commence on February 24, 2025. Prior to her judicial career, Judge VandenBerg zealously worked to protect and to serve the public’s interest as deputy county attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Her experience also spans serving as staff attorney in the utilities division of the Arizona Corporation Commission. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she has also dedicated herself to the legal education and future of young minds, acting as a mentor to high school students, by coaching a mock trial team and advising a moot court.
