According to the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), the northbound DNT will be closed between Cotton Gin Rd. and Panther Creek Pkwy due to the ongoing widening project. The closure will begin at 8 p.m. tonight and last until early tomorrow morning.
For those caught in the churn of nighttime travel, detours are clear: exit Cotton Gin Rd. and make your way on the northbound Dallas Pkwy. Frontage road, then weave back to the Tollway south of PGA Pkwy. The entrance ramps hanging north of Stonebrook Pkwy., not to mention those right off Cotton Gin Rd. and Eldorado Pkwy., will be off-limits too.
