The Pima Animal Care Center is set to bring back its “Fall Festival” on Sunday, November 17, offering not just a smorgasbord of games and activities for families to enjoy, but a chance to possibly take home a new furry friend at no adoption cost. According to an article published by

As for the stars of the show, there are more than 520 dogs and 100 cats waiting to find their forever homes. On the day of the festival, adoptions will be free for all pets, which includes dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens, though a $20 licensing fee may still apply for adult dogs.
