, the police arrived at the 2000 block of Albright Street late Sunday to a reported shooting, finding the scene scattered with at least eight shell casings.

“The victim, a 17-year-old boy, was transported by private vehicle to a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body,”
