A Claremont man was arrested for alleged animal cruelty in an incident at Lake Gregory, according to a Sheriff-Coroner Department report. Witnesses recorded a video showing the cruel act. From the video—which clearly showed Jansen hitting an Egret with a rock—a second person attempted to alleviate the bird’s agony by breaking its neck. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, as confirmed by a
