Detroit Offers Emergency Response Skills Training for Residents Starting November 14

The Detroit Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management is set to hold a four-day Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training, starting tomorrow and spanning over the following weekend, plus an additional Saturday, November 23.
