Texas Health Resources Lands No. 18 on The Dallas Morning News’ Top Workplaces in D-FW

In Arlington, Texas Health Resources has once again affirmed its status as an employer of choice. It featured prominently on The Dallas Morning News Top Workplaces D-FW 2024 list, clinching the No. 18 spot among large organizations. Notably, this marks the institution’s 12th laurel from the recognition that celebrates 150 businesses for fostering vibrant work cultures.

The annual award, now in its 16th year, holistically evaluates companies based on employee feedback — with this year’s survey probing into areas like confidence in leadership, employee development, compensation, and work-life balance, to name a few. Texas Health, led by Chief Executive Officer Barclay Berdan, FACHE, has not been shy about expressing its corporate pride. “We are proud to be recognized for creating and sustaining a workplace where our employees can thrive and grow while they care for North Texans,” Berdan stated, per the

news release.

While the rankings are segregated into three tiers — large, midsize, and small companies — Texas Health has made a quantum leap in nurturing its workplace environment. Carla Dawson, chief people officer for Texas Health, spotlighted the breadth of their support schemes. “We are proud to be recognized for our efforts to create a range of benefits and resources that help our employees do their life’s best work at Texas Health,” Dawson said, according to the
