No Injuries Following School Bus Collision on I-405 in Bothell; Traffic Disruptions Eased as Lanes Reopen

Traffic on I-405 South came to a halt Wednesday afternoon following a collision involving a school bus in Bothell, but fortunately, no injuries were reported. The accident occurred just north of Highway 527 and involved the bus, a pickup, and a passenger car. The incident caused a significant delay, with lanes closed for roughly two hours, creating a 3-mile backup at one point.

While the responders worked to clear the area, the Bothell Fire Department, the community’s concern and support was appreciated, detailed by arranging a city bus to transport everyone from the freeway safely.
