The high-rise, known as The Set, commands high rental prices which reflects the opulence of the neighborhood; an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment there goes for a steep $7,400 a month, as reported on the building’s website. Despite the potential for disaster in such a busy area of the city, there have been no injuries associated with the blaze, as a fire department spokesperson confirmed.
