Peoria’s P83 Entertainment District to Welcome $13M Tavern Park with Sports Bar, Rooftop Lounge, and More Next Summer

Peoria’s P83 entertainment district is gearing up to introduce a new player in the dine-and-entertain game with a $13 million venue named Tavern Park. The establishment, which is set to open next summer, will sprawl over 13,000 square feet and boast a multifaceted setup including a sports bar, an indoor park and a rooftop lounge, among other attractions.

According toABC15, Kevin Stout, the owner of Tavern Park and the brains behind the Lookout Tavern in Phoenix, envisions the venue as “an immersive destination where sports fans, casual diners and nightlife enthusiasts alike can come together.” The new concept aims to fill the vacancy left by Modern Round, which shut down in 2021.

P83’s entertainment corridor is rapidly becoming a destination for West Valley residents seeking quality dining and shopping options. “Tavern Park will add to a growing list of restaurants in Peoria’s entertainment district and offer more high-quality options for West Valley residents who don’t want to drive east to shop or dine,” as stated byPhoenix Business Journal. The district has recently welcomed The Park at 83, which features popular eateries such as Postino WineCafe and North Italia. As for Tavern Park, patrons can expect a dynamic venue where the main bar transforms into a nightclub with DJs and entertainment on weekends, in addition to an expansive sports bar with a room-wrapping HD LED wall and a climate-controlled indoor park.
