The Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office recently apprehended Edgar Perez Medina, a 35-year-old Livingston resident, on charges related to the kidnapping and sexual assault of a minor. According to theStanislaus County Sheriff’s Officereport, the Special Victims Unit initiated the investigation last Tuesday, following a report of the incident occurring on November 9.
