Wright County Sheriff’s Report Details Arrests for Substance Violation, Forgery, and More

The most recent arrest report from the Wright County Sheriff’s Office describes a number of incidents that took place in the area until November 18th. Several of these were arrested on a variety of crimes, including DWI, domestic assault, and controlled substance violations.

For example, on November 11th, Ryan Edward Chamberlain of Anoka was arrested in St. Michael for possessing a controlled narcotic. Anthony Paul Peterson of Delano was also arrested that day on suspicion of check forging and no-contact order violations. In keeping with this pattern, the official Sheriff’s Office report states that Brittney Lynn Case was arrested in Crow Wing County on a Wright County warrant for evading an officer in a car.

Such law enforcement measures continued in the days that followed. Many people were detained on a variety of offenses on November 14th, including Zimmerman’s Kiley Lynn Casey, who was arrested in Stearns County on a warrant for first-degree burglary, and Jaylen William Beatty of St Cloud, who was arrested for fifth-degree controlled substance. In keeping with the seriousness the law accords each city, cases of strangulation-based domestic abuse, obstructing the judicial system, and serious drug-related offenses were reported in a number of cities.

In Wright County’s weekly legal report, traffic infractions were also a major topic. In addition to hit-and-run occurrences and personal injury accidents, the sheriff’s office reported 21 property damage accidents. Eight DWI arrests and eight school bus stop arm violations were among the reported offenses, indicating that traffic enforcement was similarly busy. Over the course of the previous week, police issued 105 fines for various traffic infractions, highlighting a continued effort to crack down on infractions on the roads.
