In recognition of the outstanding customer service tactics ingrained in Fulton County’s operations, the county has been named the 2024 NCSA All Star Service Organization of the Year.
Only five businesses nationwide have received recognition for their dedication to providing exceptional customer service, including Fulton County Government. As stated in a statement released by Fulton County’s news release, “I cannot express how proud I am to have Fulton County and our Customer Service Department be recognized on this level,” said Dick Anderson, the manager of Fulton County, whose pleasure in the county’s customer service staff extends beyond words.
In addition to being a noteworthy accomplishment for the county, the award serves as a token of appreciation for each and every worker. “Being named the Organization of the Year is such a huge honor for us and for every employee who gives of themselves unselfishly every day,” said Brigitte Bailey, director of customer experience and solutions. The Fulton County Customer Service Division, which has won numerous awards, offers a range of services to meet the various requirements of the community. The division performs a wide range of duties, from answering questions about county programs to handling complaints and serving as the main information source for county services. According to the official release, the division offers notary services, services for the hearing impaired, and support to clients who require assistance in languages other than English. Additionally, citizens have access to a self-serve center with computers and internet so they can effectively manage official county business.
Fulton County Government’s contribution in establishing customer service standards that are recognized nationally is further reinforced by this NCSA accreditation.
