The Ohio State Highway Patrol confirmed that a motorcycle accident early this morning claimed the life of a 17-year-old Holmesville kid in Wayne County. According to Cleveland19, Nathan D. Coblentz was the victim of the single-vehicle collision that happened on Graber Road, close to Fredericksburg Road, at approximately 2:22 a.m.
According to reports, Coblentz’s white 2005 Suzuki GSXR600 was traveling east when it swerved off the right side of the road and collided with a barrier and a stand of pine trees. According to WKYC, he was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, but the severity of his injuries caused him to pass away about an hour after South Central EMS took him to Wooster Hospital.
Local officials responded to the accident scene in concert; the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department, TNT Towing, South Central Fire and EMS, and the Ohio State Highway Patrol all provided assistance. According to The Canton Repository, neither narcotics nor alcohol are thought to have had a role in the crash, while the circumstances surrounding it are still being investigated.
