The person in question is described as a black woman with light skin who has tattoos on her right and left forearms.She apparently grabbed the goods, avoiding all points of sale to purposefully avoid paying, according to the Columbus Division of Police report.The suspect allegedly took off in a red Toyota Rav 4 after obtaining the things.
