A Detroit man is facing severe accusations for allegedly abusing and taking advantage of several children. According to Detroit News, Joshua Charston Brown-Hill, 25, and a 12-year-old child were first taken into custody by West Bloomfield Township police in Oakland County’s Pine Lake Park.
Investigations revealed further charges, including as possessing child pornography and sexually exploiting children, which were later included in a federal criminal complaint.
