NYC’s most dazzling light show returns to Brooklyn Botanic Garden for 2024 holiday season | Date and ticket info

Brooklyn, New York. As the illuminated trail returns to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden with new artwork, take in the enchantment of Lightscape.

The most spectacular light show, Lightscape, will arrive in New York on November 22 and transform Brooklyn Botanic Garden (1000 Washington Ave) with glowing landscapes, installations, and water features, taking guests on a nighttime adventure.

The Visitor Center marks the formal start of the route, which terminates at 150 Eastern Parkway. It advises guests to bring adequate footwear and warm clothing because the event will take place outside and last between sixty and ninety minutes.

Half an hour after entering the Garden, guests can enjoy a sit-down dinner at the Lightscape Lodge at Yellow Magnolia Caf, where they can also enjoy festive music and seasonal delights.

In addition, the indoor Lightscape Bar will serve unique hot chocolate combinations, seasonal specialty drinks, and more.

Parking at 900 Washington Ave. costs $25, although there aren’t many spots available.

Con Edison is the event’s primary sponsor. with the lighting trail developed by Culture Creative in collaboration with Sony Music.

The Lightscape event will take place between November 22 and January 5.

The Garden’s official ticket supplier, Showclix, is where individuals can get tickets. If visitors are unable to utilize the online ticketing module, they can still make reservations by calling Showclix between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. at 866-220-4001.

Sensory-Friendly Early Entry

Lightscape will provide early entrance times on December 18 and January 3 at 4 p.m., allowing adults and kids with disabilities or sensory sensitivity to enjoy the experience without the typical large crowds.

Visitors with low eyesight or blindness can participate in a trail trip that provides live spoken explanations of the light displays at 4:15 p.m.

On December 12 and 19, Lightscape will hold parties for those aged 21 and up, beginning at 7 p.m.

In addition to stopping at the Lightscape Bar for seasonal craft cocktails, visitors can sample mulled wine and spiced hot chocolate while strolling the route.
