New York’s Staten Island. This week, a 29-year-old man with a previous criminal record entered a guilty plea in relation to a gunshot in West Brighton that seriously injured a victim.

In relation to the June 9 attack, Kidane Williams of the 200 block of Nicholas Avenue in Port Richmond was charged earlier this year with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and a handgun, and harassment.
