According to CBS News, this regrettable incident happened close to the southbound lanes at around 10:30 a.m. After responding quickly, the Los Angeles Fire Department blocked off the affected area along Kirkwood Drive to keep oncoming drivers safe.
The Los Angeles Fire Department sent out an advisory with more information on the problem. A little amount of rubble spilled onto N Laurel Canyon Road following a retaining wall failure.
