EL PASO, Texas — A collision between two vehicles at a busy West El Paso intersection resulted in one vehicle rolling over on Sunday evening, Dec. 29. The incident occurred just before 6 p.m. at the intersection of Sunland Park Drive and Doniphan Road, right in front of a local convenience store, according to El Paso Fire dispatch.
The crash involved a pickup truck and a recreational vehicle (RV). According to reports from witnesses at the scene, the RV struck the pickup, causing it to roll over. Fortunately, despite the dramatic nature of the crash, there were no injuries requiring transportation to the hospital, as confirmed by El Paso Fire dispatch.
At the time of the crash, police were quickly dispatched to the scene, and by 7:20 p.m., they were still investigating the incident. Officers worked to clear the scene and manage the traffic disruption caused by the crash.
