Florida Teen Sentenced to Prison for Driving 151 MPH, Killing 6 People in Tragic Crash

DDN – A TikTok user who killed six people in a terrible crash while driving at 151 mph has been sentenced to more than 12 years in prison.

Noah Galle, 17, plowed into the rear of an SUV carrying farm workers in Palm Beach County, Florida, in his 2019 BMW5. He had previously shared videos of himself speeding on social media, chillingly asking viewers to ‘guess how fast’ he was going.

He pleaded guilty to six counts of vehicular murder following the horrific incident on January 27, 2022. The judge in the case sentenced Galle, 20, to at least two years in prison for each of his victims.

He faced a maximum 90-year prison term before reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors. According to Chief Assistant State Attorney Alan Johnson, some of the victims’ families pleaded for him not to face any prison time for his role in the disaster.

According to WPTV, his statement read: “The victims’ relatives have written to us stating they have no objections to this plea. Some of them didn’t want him in jail at all. One person asked us to drop the case totally. What is the right sentence in this case? No amount of prison time will reunite the victims with their families. We believe that this is a suitable resolution. This case is a tragedy.”

Galle was driving his luxury executive saloon BMW, worth up to $55,000 today, when he collided with the back of a Nissan Rogue transporting field workers on US Route 441, west of Delray Beach. According to the affidavit, he was speeding up to 151 mph before to the incident.

According to Law & Crime, the victims’ SUV flipped over and abandoned the road while driving at regular speeds. Five of the six victims died as a result of their injuries on the scene, while another died in the hospital. They were later identified as Mirlaine Julceus, 45; Remize Michel, 53; Marie Louis, 60; Michel Saint, 77; Filaine Dieu, 46; and Vanice Percina, 29.
