CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (DDN) – Following a collision between a tractor-trailer and a state trooper, traffic on Interstate 80 has come to a complete halt.
Clearfield Fire Department has written on its website that they assist BJW Volunteer Fire Company on westbound Interstate 80.
Photos show that a tractor-trailer has lost control and is currently obstructing traffic on both lanes. Photos also reveal that a car belonging to the Pennsylvania State Police was rear-ended, which resulted in substantial damage.
On Interstate 80, between the Clearfield and Woodland/Shawville exits, cameras from 511PA reveal that traffic has completely stopped around mile marker 121.
It has been reported by Clearfield Fire that there was entrapment; however, the degree of any injuries is currently unknown at this time.
