Hartford Crash Between Car and Tractor Trailer Sends Two to Hospital, Officials Say

HARTFORD (DDN) – According to an official, an incident that occurred on Sunday between a tractor-trailer and a car resulted in injuries.

According to Hartford Fire District Chief Mario Oquendo Jr., crews were dispatched to the intersection of Market and Morgan Streets shortly after noon to respond to a report of a car accident.

According to Oquendo, the teams that arrived on the scene discovered a collision between a car and a tractor-trailer.

He stated that two individuals in the car were hurt and that the passenger needed to be removed from the vehicle.

Oquendo stated that both patients were taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. He also mentioned that the police were there at the site and are currently conducting the investigation.
