Home Damaged After Car Swerves Off Road, No Injuries Reported by Colorado State Patrol

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (DDN) – A car smashed into a house on Thursday afternoon.

A 43-year-old lady swerved off the right side of the road on F 1/2 Road, causing the incident to occur at approximately 4:20 p.m. The motorist crashed into a fence and a toolbox in the yard.

At the time of the accident, there was also an 8-year-old child in the automobile. There have been no reports of injuries resulting from the incident.

The Colorado State Patrol is looking into whether impairment was a factor in the incident.
