Detectives from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office believe that the driver may have been trying to escape from the police, which would explain the driver’s erratic driving behavior.
The CIU detectives are still looking into the crash to find out what caused it.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner will identify the teenager and figure out how and why they died.
