In keeping with this, the North Park Ice Rink will open for nighttime public skating on November 26 to begin the season.
The winter wonder will continue until mid-March, pending favorable weather and rink conditions, according to Allegheny County’s release. Opportunities to practice your hockey skills with open stick sessions and regular public skate hours are divided up throughout the week.
Practically speaking, entry costs $5 for locals and an additional $1 for those from outside the county. The adventure is reasonably priced for non-residents, with pricing only marginally higher for skate rentals and perhaps skate sharpening. Coin lockers are available for a quarter if you need a place to store your belongings.
