Attempted Robbery Leads to High-Speed Chase and Crash in Northwest Las Vegas, Three Suspects Detained

Three suspects were arrested after a high-speed pursuit that followed an attempted robbery resulted in a wreck in the northwest Las Vegas region, injuring many minors. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police were notified of a robbery attempt involving a weapon at the junction of G Street and McWilliams Avenue, according to 8 News Now.

A fast-paced pursuit followed the suspects’ discovery in a car close to U.S. 95 and Jones Boulevard. The pursuit came to an end when the suspects’ automobile struck another vehicle close to Cheyenne Avenue and Whispering Willow Lane, according to 8 News Now and FOX5 Vegas.

The three suspects were arrested and taken into jail in the aftermath.Medical workers were sent to the site to take several individuals with “minor” injuries to a hospital, according to FOX5 Vegas. It wasn’t immediately apparent if the second car’s passengers were hurt in the collision.
