Multiple fire departments, including crews from Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, Greendale, Greenfield, St. Francis, Oak Creek, and West Allis, responded to the two-alarm fire. Housed in the Packard Plaza Shopping Center, the store was storing combustible furniture and home goods which helped fuel the fire.
