reports that Jose Alberto Feliz, 28, was tragically shot and pronounced deceased at the scene. The incident occurred on Friday, at approximately 1:14 PM. Feliz, a resident of Hyde Park, encountered multiple gunshot wounds that ended his life before he could be transported for medical assistance.

In response to the tragic event, officers were swift to rapidly apprehend Isaiah Trevon Smith, also 28, of Hyde Park. Smith is currently facing charges of Murder along with various Firearms charges. His arraignment is set for Tuesday morning at the West Roxbury District Court.
