The young man was last noted to have been wearing a gray Under Armour tracksuit accompanied by black and white Under Armour sneakers.

Matthews, familiar with the neighborhoods of Parkside, Centerville, and Whitman Park, frequents these areas, which could potentially provide clues to his current location.
