According to Rachel Sikes, proprietor of Rollin Cafe, the MSCS bus carried approximately 30 youngsters.

“One of the little boys told me, ‘My school bus driver was driving safely, and we saw this car pull out in front of us.'” So that is what he stated,” Sikes explained.

She also claims she offered the youngsters water and let them use her phone to call their parents while they waited for first responders.

“About five of them complained of being injured. It was like, ‘I banged my head and it hurt’ because they smacked the seat in front of them or the window. But there appeared to be no bleeding, fractured bones, or other signs of trauma,” Sikes stated.
