Cranberry Township police are in the midst of an investigation into a hit-and-run incident that left a pedestrian with serious injuries this morning. According to

, the crash occurred between 6:45 a.m. and 7 a.m. while a 28-year-old man was walking along Franklin Road near the intersection of Mars-Crider Road.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was transported to Allegheny General Hospital to receive care for the injuries sustained. As detailed by the
