The Texas Police Chiefs Association Foundation (TPCAF), with whom Chief Sullivan had a significant involvement, also expressed their sorrow over his passing. “Chief Mike Sullivan was a phenomenal leader in our profession and an instrumental member of the TPCAF Accreditation Program where he served as a reviewer, team, leader, and assessor. He will be greatly missed,” Executive Director Gene Ellis stated in remembrance of Sullivan’s dedication to the profession.
