Early Morning Collision on Us-12 Leaves Two Dead; Police Cite Alcohol and Speed

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. (DDN) – A crash that occurred early on Sunday morning in St. Joseph County, Michigan, resulted in the deaths of two people.

A little after eight in the morning, it took place on US-12 close to Sweet Lake Road.

The driver of a car that was traveling east on US-12 reportedly lost control of the vehicle and crossed all lanes before the vehicle hit a body of water that was located nearby, according to the police.

Two individuals who were traveling in the vehicle, a Pennsylvania guy aged thirty and a Georgia man aged twenty-eight, were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The police suspect that alcohol and speed were contributing factors in the collision.
