Around 4:30 a.m. this morning, a 59-year-old man was shot while passing through an alley in the 5900 block of Goodfellow.

The victim claimed to have seen movement in the dark before to being shot in the leg, according to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward as the department conducts an investigation. EMS transported the 59-year-old guy to the hospital, where he is now stable.
