According to Mid-Michigan Now, Pierson Road was closed after the accident, impeding traffic from the YMCA entrance to the Pierson Rd PNC bank entrance. The thoroughfare wasn’t reopened for hours.
The Mt. Morris Township Police are in charge of the ongoing investigation, while the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department arrived on the scene and helped with accident reconstruction.
