FATAL KENTUCKY CRASH Man Dies After Hanging From Car Window, Driver Swerves Into Another Vehicle

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (DDN) – According to officials, a guy in Kentucky died after being hit by a car while hanging out a window.

The collision occurred shortly before 7 p.m. on January 23.

According to police, the man, 34-year-old Michael Orchard, was hanging from the outside of a car when the driver purposefully swerved into another vehicle.

When cops arrived, they discovered the man deceased. The driver fled the scene but was apprehended shortly afterwards.

The LMPD’s Homicide unit is leading the investigation, with help from the traffic unit. There have been no further reported injuries, and the LMPD thinks that all parties are safe.

According to police, the driver of the vehicle in which the victim died was not to blame.
