According to officials, firefighters from several counties hurried to put out a barn fire in Lebanon County Friday evening. Around 4:40 p.m., the fire, which was escalated to three alarms, started at a location on Union Township’s 200 block of Fort Swatara Road.Emergency personnel were called in and fought the fire for hours, according to ABC27.
Initially reported as a two-alarm blaze, the situation escalated due to its severity, attracting firefighters from Lebanon, Dauphin, Berks, and Schuylkill Counties. Firefighters stayed on the scene long into the evening, and crews from at least three different counties were involved.
