According to USA Today’s 10best, a city in Florida has been ranked in the top 10 list of the best beer cities in the U.S. in 2024. According to a group of experts and their readers, 10 cities in the country were ranked as having the best beer scenes. The panel considered new and emerging breweries, bars, brewpubs, festivals, and homebrewing communities.
Jacksonville was the only city in Florida that caught the attention of beer lovers and made it onto the prestigious list. The Jax Ale Trail is a popular attraction in Jacksonville. It offers visitors a unique experience where they can collect stamps in a personal passport while visiting over 20 different breweries. Beer enthusiasts can win prizes based on the number of stamps they collect.
USA Today featured an article about the Goozlepipe & Guttyworks at Kickbacks, which is known for having one of the biggest beer cellars in the Southeast region. This pub has 204 different beers available to order directly from the tap. They also have over 1,000 different types of bottled beer, including various vintages.

“The Jax Ale Trail is a way for people visiting Jacksonville to try a wide range of unique flavors from our local craft breweries,” explained the city of Jacksonville.
