Officials have stated that Pitre has also been connected to a crime that was recorded on video at the Maison Grande Condominium. This is the first time Pitre has been arrested in South Florida. Magazine responded to Pitre’s arrest.
“I am completely sure that the person I saw in the car is the suspect, and they pointed a gun at me.” “I am extremely grateful to the men and women of our police department,” said Magazine. He went to court for the first time on Tuesday.
“Sir, you are being accused of 10 cases of burglaries and grand theft,” said Judge Mindy S. Glazer. Miami Beach Police have stated that Pitre’s arrest marks the end of a crime spree that lasted for several weeks, occurring between March and April.
“We were able to connect multiple investigations when detectives started putting together the puzzle and reviewing various video footage from other cases,” explained Miami Beach Police Officer Chris Bess.
