Former Dental Employee Charged with Assaulting Unconscious Patients

Cody Allen Stolfa, 35, a former employee of a dental office, was arrested in Stillwater on suspicion of abusing patients who were asleep. The accusations made against Stolfa are serious and extensive: News 9 reported that the Payne County District Attorney’s Office received 10 counts of sexual battery, 6 counts of child exploitation, 5 counts of forcible sodomy, 4 counts of clandestine recording, 2 counts of sodomy of a victim under 16, and 1 count of lewd acts to a child earlier this week for prosecution. The charges involve serious violations that took place while the victims were under anesthesia.

All victims have been identified and informed about the continuing investigation, according to authorities. Currently being held at the Payne County Jail is Cody Allen Stolfa, who is charged with these offenses.
