Fort Thomas Teen Charged with First-Degree Rape, Admits to Assault on Intoxicated Woman

According to reports, an 18-year-old Fort Thomas male has confessed to the crime of raping an inebriated woman. After police looked into an incident that happened early on Sunday morning on Picketts Charge Street, Carson Auciello, a recent La Salle High School graduate, was taken into custody, according to WLWT.

According to court records, Auciello knew the victim couldn’t provide her permission since she was “hammered” and “trashed.” According to Local12, the arrest was made at approximately five in the morning on Sunday, four hours after the alleged rape. Auciello also acknowledged to police throughout the investigation that he had blacked out at the time of the incident.

Auciello was due back in court on December 5 after his court appearance yesterday. According to detention center records, he is presently being held at the Campbell County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond. According to Local12, Auciello is charged with first-degree rape for his conduct against the woman, who was allegedly physically defenseless at the time. Legal proceedings are still underway.
