Free After-School Meal Program “Kid Café” Launched in New Orleans to Nourish Youth and Support Low-Income Families

The New Orleans Recreation Development (NORD) Commission has partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank to provide a free after-school meal program, called Kid Caf, for the city’s youngsters as part of an initiative that combines the fight against hunger with community support.
