Authorities are seeking assistance in Glen Burnie after a man robbed a Royal Farms store around 12:40 a.m. on Sunday. The Anne Arundel County Police Department has reported that the suspect implied he was armed as he demanded two packs of cigarettes from the store clerk. Without visibly displaying a weapon, the suspect successfully absconded with the cigarettes from the store located at 7908 Ritchie Highway. Despite their efforts, officers who responded to the scene could not track down the individual responsible for the crime.
The suspect is described as a Black male in his 20s, dressed in a black and blue hooded sweatshirt. Local detectives from the Regional Crimes Unit have taken up the case, earnestly working to piece together information that might lead to an apprehension seamlessly.
